Summer Staff Forms
In order to apply for a
Summer Staff position, you will need to fill out the
appropriate application form. They are available for immediate download below or, if
you prefer, they can be mailed to you. First-time applicants should fill out the
General Application form, while returning staff should apply using the Returning Staff
form.
Please note that each
applicant is responsible for getting the reference forms to their references who will be
listed in the appropriate section on the application form. 3 references are required for
each applicant, one of which needs to be your pastor or close spiritual supervisor (e.g.
Sunday School superintendent, Youth Pastor, etc.). |
